1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LiqAlpha ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use LiqAlpha.
2. Nature of the Service
LiqAlpha provides simulated trading challenges and demo trading accounts. All trading conducted on LiqAlpha platforms is executed in a simulated environment. No actual financial market transactions occur on user accounts. Payouts are made from LiqAlpha's own capital based on simulated trading performance per these Terms.
3. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents of countries subject to international sanctions or where prop trading services are restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure use of the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration
Upon successful payment, an account is automatically created using the email provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Trading Rules
You must comply with all published trading rules, including profit targets, daily loss limits, maximum loss limits, and any platform-specific restrictions. The current rules are listed on the homepage and in your dashboard. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
6. Prohibited Trading Practices
- Exploiting platform errors, latency, or pricing glitches
- Hedging across multiple LiqAlpha accounts
- Use of high-frequency trading bots that abuse infrastructure
- Coordinated group trading designed to evade risk limits
- Any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity
7. Profit Split & Payouts
Standard profit split is 80% to the trader. With Alpha Pack, 100% to the trader. First payout is eligible 14 days after the first trade on the funded account. Subsequent payouts are on-demand with a $100 minimum. Processing typically completes within 24 hours.
8. Fees
All challenge fees are one-time payments. Fees are non-refundable once trading has commenced. See our Refund Policy for pre-trading refund eligibility.
9. Termination
LiqAlpha may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Accumulated profits at the time of termination may be forfeited in cases of rule violations or fraudulent activity.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LiqAlpha is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all participants.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiqAlpha is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
