Our Approach
We want you to start your funded journey confidently. If you change your mind before placing any trades, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 100% refund if all of the following are true:
- The refund request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You have not placed any trades on the account (zero trade activity)
- The account has not been used for any platform testing beyond initial login
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Accounts with one or more executed trades
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Accounts terminated for violation of Trading Rules or Terms of Service
- Accounts marked as breached due to exceeding daily or max loss limits
- Challenge fees once a profit target has been hit and an account upgrade has been issued
How to Request a Refund
Email support@liqalpha.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]". Include:
- Your order ID (begins with LIQ-)
- The email address on the account
- Reason for the refund (optional but appreciated for our improvement)
Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (cryptocurrency wallet) within 3-5 business days after approval. The total time from request to receipt is typically under 7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment source. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are sent in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of refund (not at the time of original purchase). Exchange rate fluctuations are not the responsibility of LiqAlpha.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate and permanent account termination. We will work with you in good faith — please give us the opportunity to make it right.
